With a cozy atmosphere, the space is perfect for intimate gatherings for up to 50 guests. Directly outside of the Coca-Cola Fan Cave, guests have access to view the best field in football, while enjoying Rocky Mountain fresh air from the field track (based on availability). Adjacent to the Coca-Cola Fan Cave, the Home Media Room is a perfect space to incorporate additional meetings, breakouts, or pre-event function space.

Evening rates are applicable after 5:00 pm. Holiday rates apply to weekend events scheduled in the month of December. Non-Profit events receive 10% off the facility fee for non-holiday events.
Facility Fees are inclusive of the following:
Parking, tables (per inventory), chairs, in-room audio/visual, podium, building security, housekeeping, standard engineering services, and all applicable tax. The Facility Fee is based on a four-hour event, with additional hours for set up and teardown at no additional fee. Additional event time is available at a rate of $250.00 per hour.
