ADA policies and procedures at Empower Field at Mile High were developed through a collaborative effort involving the Disabled Access Advisory Committee (DAAC), a group that included representatives from The Denver Broncos, Stadium Management Company LLC, The Metropolitan Football Stadium District, HNTB Sports Architecture, the Denver Commission for People with Disabilities; the Paralyzed Veterans of America; the Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition; the National Spinal Cord Injury Association; Craig Rehabilitation Hospital and three unaffiliated individuals.

The objective of this joint effort was to construct a stadium that not only complies with the ADA, but ensures that patrons with disabilities and their guests enjoy equal access to Empower Field at Mile High and its amenities. Stadium access, parking, seating, signage, concessions, services, restrooms, concourses and other amenities are constructed to abide by all ADA requirements, state and local laws and regulations. The DAAC provided substantial input during the stadium's design and construction process to ensure quality services to the local disabled community.
