2021 Season FAQs
Why is there a price adjustment on my season ticket invoice?
With the NFL’s historic announcement introducing a 17th regular-season game, our reserve season-ticket pricing will be adjusted for the 2021 season. The average ticket price will reflect a home schedule at Empower Field at Mile High featuring 10 games (9 reg. season & 1 preseason).
How was the amount of the adjustment determined?
The Denver Broncos have utilized a variable pricing model since the 2015 season to fairly value season tickets. Our season-ticket pricing also takes into account league-wide and secondary market trends—with the Broncos remaining in line with the NFL average in terms of pricing. The overall cost of your invoice reflects one preseason game being upgraded to a regular-season game.
Is there a price adjustment for parking passes?
No. The parking pass prices will not change this year.

When will ticket activity [transferring/resale] be active on my account?

Doing so prevents you from viewing available seats during the Seat Improvement Process. When reselling your tickets on NFL partner sites, please review their updated policies for upcoming games. Ticketmaster, Seat Geek and StubHub will pay any resale amounts after a game is played.
How will the Broncos keep fans safe while attending games at Empower Field at Mile High?
We take the health and safety of our fans very seriously. We have installed bipolar ionization in the stadium's HVAC system, UV-C lights under escalators to reduce and eliminate bacteria on widely used handrails, and installed 500+ hand sanitization stations. The stadium has accelerated our bathroom updates to entirely touchless systems including toilets, sinks, and paper-towel dispensers. We continue to work with the league and stadium partners to implement best practices and prepare to safely host fans this season.
What stadium improvements have been made to improve the fan experience?
Based on feedback we’ve received directly from our season ticket holders, we’ve been busy making improvements to enhance the fan experience at all our games. Some projects we’ve been working on include:
- Increased our Wi-Fi strength for improved connectivity.
- Expanded Gate 4 for improved flow into the stadium
- Investing in new metal detectors and scanners to lower wait times
- Increased food and beverage options throughout the stadium. Including North reserve, South stands and upper levels.
- Added seven (7) fan favorite DrinkMKT to Zippin locations (state of the art autonomous check out technology) throughout the stadium to speed beverage service
- Currently replacing seats, lounge furniture, upgrading restrooms, and unique concessions options in the United Club level.
- Introducing the new BetMGM lounge inside the stadium and the BetFred hospitality area on the Sport Legends mall
